Do you have a minimum?
We have a low minimum of 25pcs for artwork between 1-2 colors and minimum of 50pcs for artwork between 3-6 colors or a full color print. We do recommend ordering at least 50-100pcs for best pricing. Minimum double for artwork larger than 13”x16”.
What is your turnaround time?
Standard turnaround time is 10-15 business days + shipping time. Turnaround time is an estimate so we suggest placing your order two weeks in advance of your due date. Orders needed sooner than the standard turnaround time are subject to rush fees. Order will start once it’s been paid for.
How do I prep my artwork?
Vector based art such as Illustrator (.ai), .pdf or .eps files are the best to work with when screen printing. All fonts must be outlined.
Raster based art such as Photoshop (.psd) , .jpeg, .tiff, .png are also welcomed. Must have a resolution of 300DPI and be sized to desired print size. All fonts must be rasterized.
Can I provide my own garments?
Yes, you are welcome to provide your own garments but we are not responsible for any damaged goods we receive.

Can I mix and match garments color, size, ink color and quantities?
Yes you can mix and match the color and size of your garment. You do not have to order in dozens unless otherwise stated. Keep your artwork in mind when ordering different colored garments. Different colored garments may require a color change in your artwork. If a color changed is needed fees will apply.
Is there a minimum for color changes?
25pcs per color change. You’ll have to print a minimum of 50pcs which will be divided 25/25 for two color ways of your print.
